With Christmas less then two months away, I started making my Christmas list already and decided that I would include our three favorite wrestling federations on my holiday shopping list.

Shopping for the WWF is going to be tough this year. As the old saying goes, what do you get for the company that has everything? They have higher ratings then ever, the kickoff of the XFL just months away - and the much anticipated launch of their own record label - Attitude Records. I guess if I had to get them anything, it would be a storage bin for all of their money.

Of all three federations, the WCW is the one that really needs to sit on Santa's lap as ask for a few gifts this holiday season. The first thing I would give them is someone who could lead their federation back to what it once was. While it's easy to make fun of the WCW now - why not take a moment and remember how successful they used to be. I think that with the right person in the driver's seat - they could have some of that success again. The problem is - who is the right person? Oh, and I would buy all of their wrestlers the book, "How To Make Friends And Influence People".

For the ECW, I would buy another well known superstar to do the same thing that Terry Funk did when they were Barely legal. Remember, Funk was the one who helped ECW become the third of the "big three". I think it's time for another well known wrestler to head to Philadelphia and lend a hand to Heyman. Personally - I love ECW and will be the first to cheer when they are back on a network - let's just hope that's soon.

So when I head to the mall this holiday season - I'll be sure to keep our three federations in mind - because it's not what you get - it's what you give.
